Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of being placed.
- You’ll receive a tracking email once your package has shipped.
- Processing or carrier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.
Delivery Times
- U.S. orders: usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
- International orders: delivery time varies by country and customs.
- Customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties charged by their local government.
Carrier Responsibility
- We are not responsible for carrier issues, including delays, lost, or damaged packages.
- We do not offer replacements or refunds for carrier-related delays or lost packages once shipped.
Incorrect or Invalid Address
- Address information is entered directly by the customer at checkout; we cannot edit or correct it after purchase.
- If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us by email.
- Refunds are issued once the returned package is received, excluding the shipping fee.
Shipping Fee
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and typically range between $6–$8 depending on the carrier.
Eligibility

Restocks
- Some items may be restocked in limited quantities, but restocks are not guaranteed.

Order Changes or Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled or changed before they ship.
- Once a tracking number has been created or the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
- After delivery, you may request a return or exchange if eligible.
