SHIPPING

All U.S. orders are typically shipped within one week. Please note that all items require a 3–5 business day production window before shipping. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

If you haven't received a confirmation email within one week of placing your order, please check your Spam or Promotions folders.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

Refunds and exchanges are only eligible in cases involving manufacturing defects or other issues that are approved by our support team upon review.

Important notes:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size. We strongly encourage customers to refer to our size chart before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

14 days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unworn and unused
  2. In its original packaging
  3. Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, email us at support@reveredarmor with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

SHIPPING PROVIDERS & RESPONSIBILITY

We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to deliver your orders.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or invalid shipping information.

If your package is returned due to an invalid address:

  • You must email us at support@reveredarmor to notify us
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund excluding the shipping fee
  • Shipping fees (typically $6–$8) are non-refundable
