Can I change my size or address after ordering?

Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Use the self-service link in your order confirmation email to make changes. Orders ship within 7 days so act quickly.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for sizing issues. Please review the size chart before ordering.

Will this restock?

Artifacts are cast in limited quantities. Certain pieces may return in a new form — but never the same way twice. Join the Vault to hear first.

What does premade mean?

Every piece is already made and ready to ship. No waiting, no production delays. Order today, it leaves the field within 1–3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

$6 for tees and thermals. $8 for hoodies, denim, and accessories. Free shipping on orders over $95. Shipped via USPS or UPS — whichever is fastest for your location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 7 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is sent to your email once your artifact ships.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is sent to your email once your artifact ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@reveredarmor.com.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Check your tracking first. If your package shows delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at support@reveredarmor.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please reach out before opening a dispute — most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

How do drops work?

Each drop is 50 units. Once they're gone, they're gone for good. Vault members are notified first — join via the SMS Vault to get early access before the public.

What sizes do you carry?

S, M, L, and XL across all garments. Denim runs in waist sizes 26–34. Size charts are on each product page. When in doubt, size up for the oversized field look.

How do I join the Vault?
