Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 days of being placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times or carrier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.
Delivery Times

U.S. Orders: Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
Customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties charged by their local government for international shipments.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier-related issues, including delays, lost, or damaged packages after shipment.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for carrier-related delays or lost packages once the order has been shipped.
Incorrect or Invalid Address
Address information is entered directly by the customer at checkout and cannot be edited or corrected after purchase.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address, the customer must contact us by email. Refunds will be issued only after the returned package is received, excluding the shipping fee.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable and typically range between $6–$8, depending on the carrier and destination.
