Orders and shipping

How long until my order arrives?

In-stock orders leave our facility within 3–7 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Pre-order and made-to-order items follow the estimated production and fulfillment timeline listed on their product page. Tracking is sent once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

$8 flat rate on every order, no matter the size. Free shipping on orders over $75. Shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever is fastest and most cost effective for your location.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your artifact ships. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder first, then email support@reveredarmor.com.

What will show up on my bank statement?

Charges appear as REVERED ARMOR. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@reveredarmor.com before contacting your bank. We can identify the order and resolve it faster than a dispute can.

Can I change my size or address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. Use the self service link in your order confirmation email. Once a label is created the address is locked, so act quickly.

Is my address correct?

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Packages delivered to an address you supplied are not eligible for a refund or replacement. If you spot a mistake, contact us before the order ships and we will fix it.

Tracking says delivered but I do not have it.

Check with anyone at the address and look for a safe drop location first. Carriers occasionally scan a parcel early. If it has not appeared after 48 hours, email support@reveredarmor.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will open a carrier investigation. Please contact us before filing a dispute. Most cases are resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

My piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Email support@reveredarmor.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it at our cost. Do not wear or wash the piece before contacting us.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not currently. All orders ship within the United States only.

INTL orders (outside of US)

Read this before ordering from outside the United States.

We ship to every country that appears at checkout, and international collectors are a real part of what we do. This section covers how delivery and import fees work once a parcel leaves the United States, and placing an international order means you have read it.

The short version. Depending on where you are, your country may charge import fees when the parcel arrives. Those fees are set by your government and are separate from anything you pay us at checkout, so we are not able to calculate them or cover them.

Will I pay customs, duties or tariffs?

Possibly. Some countries let parcels through with nothing owed, others charge import duty, VAT or sales tax, a brokerage or handling fee from the carrier, or some mix of those when the parcel arrives.

Whatever is charged is set by your government or the carrier rather than by us, so unless it was explicitly collected at checkout it is not included in your order total or shipping charge and is the recipient's responsibility. If anything is owed, your carrier or customs office contacts you directly and the parcel is released once it is settled.

Rates and thresholds vary widely and change often, so your national customs website is the best place to check yours.

Can you tell me what I will owe?

We are not able to, and we would rather say that than guess. We have no visibility into your country's tariff schedule or how your customs office will classify a given parcel. Your national customs website is the reliable source.

What is declared on the customs form?

Jewelry artifacts are declared as fashion jewelry. Garments are declared as apparel. Both are declared at the price paid.

We declare every order accurately. We cannot mark a purchase as a gift or lower the declared value to reduce your import charges, so please do not ask. It keeps you clear as the importer and it keeps your parcel covered by the carrier if it is ever lost or damaged.

How long does international delivery take?

In-stock orders leave the field within 3 to 7 business days. Transit after that depends on your country, the carrier, customs processing and the local delivery network, so we cannot give you an exact figure, and a customs inspection can add to it.

If a product is in transit to our warehouse or a pre-order, the fulfillment window on its product page applies before the parcel even leaves us. International transit starts after that. We post updates on our Instagram story as runs land and start shipping.

If your tracking has not moved in a while, email support@reveredarmor.com and we will look into it.

My order is stuck in customs.

Customs holds happen and they sit outside our control. Contact your local customs office with your tracking number, as they will usually only speak to the person receiving the parcel.

Email support@reveredarmor.com at the same time and we will send over anything they need from our side.

What if I refuse the fees, or the parcel goes unclaimed?

If a parcel is refused, abandoned, not collected, or sent back because import charges were not paid, it comes back to us. The original shipping cost is not refundable, and any customs, carrier or return-to-sender fees it picks up on the way back are either deducted from a refund where permitted or need to be covered before we send it out again.

If the parcel makes it back to us, email support@reveredarmor.com and we will go through the options with you.

Can I exchange an international order?

Yes, for sizing, within 7 days of confirmed delivery and subject to the size being available, on unworn, unwashed and unaltered pieces in original condition with tags attached. Return postage to us and the postage on the replacement are at your cost, and any duties, VAT or carrier fees you already paid cannot be refunded by us. The exception is if the piece we sent was incorrect or defective, in which case we cover it.

Measure yourself against the chart on the product page first. It is the cheapest step in this whole process.

Do you ship to my country?

If your country appears at checkout, we dispatch there and your rate is calculated at that point. If it does not appear, email support@reveredarmor.com and we will tell you whether it is coming.

Anything else I should check before ordering?

Your full address, your postal code and your phone number. International addresses are the most common point of failure, and a correction mid transit is often impossible.

A phone number is not optional on international orders. Customs and the final carrier both use it to reach you.

Sizing and care

Do you accept returns?

All artifacts are final sale. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for sizing only, on unworn and unwashed pieces with tags attached. Please review the size chart and the fit indicator on the product page before ordering.

What sizes do you carry?

S, M, L and XL across all garments. Denim runs in waist sizes 26 to 34. Every product page carries a full measurement chart in centimetres, plus a fit indicator and the sizes our models wear.

How is it meant to fit?

Each product page shows a fit indicator marked fitted, true to size or baggy, along with the height and size worn by our models. Use the measurement chart if you are between sizes.

How do I care for my piece?

Cold wash inside out, hang dry, and never iron directly on a print. Heat is what kills a graphic. Treat it like a collected object, not a disposable one.

What does premade mean?

Every piece is already made and sitting in inventory before you order. Nothing is printed on demand, so there is no production wait. What you see is what ships.

Drops and the Vault

Will this restock?

There are no guarantees a piece returns, and if it does it could be a long wait. Each collection is a point in an ongoing timeline rather than a permanent catalogue. The Vault hears about anything returning before the gallery does.

How do drops work?

Artifacts are released in chapters, each cast in a limited run. When a chapter opens, the Vault is notified first and the gallery opens to everyone else afterwards.

How do I join the Vault?

Tap Vault Entry in the menu and enter your number. Vault members get drop times, restock notice and chapter announcements before anyone else.
